Below are a list of the most frequently asked questions we get asked.


 

How do I reset my password?

Logged Out - If you cannot access your account, simply click "Login" (found in the top right hand corner of the site). Then under the password field click "Forgot Password". On the next screen simply insert your email address and click Submit. A new password will be emailed to you direct.

Logged In - If you are able to login, you can change your password from within your account. Simply login to your account, click on your name (found in the top right of the screen) and click "Change Password". Once the page loads, insert your current password followed by your new password. Once completed click the purple "Change Password" button.

How do I change my account email?

1. Simply login to your account on the site.
2. Click on your name found in the top right corner.
3. Click Settings.
4. Edit the “Email Address” field.
5. Click the “Save Changes” button.

Can I buy expired products from your site?

Sadly once a product has expired it is no longer available to purchase.

Once I make a purchase, where do I find my downloads?

Once a purchase has been made you will be directed straight to the “Purchases” area. You can also find it, by clicking on your name in the top right corner and clicking “Purchases”.

How long are my purchases available to download?

Anything purchased from ThisWeeksDesigns.com is available to download for life.

Can I use items purchased here on physical products I make and sell?

Yes absolutely.

Can I use items purchased here on digital products I make and sell?

Yes providing the following:

Fonts must be flattened into a non accessible format, so your customers cannot gain access to any font or fonts used in your design/s. Re-sale of the complete alphabet in any format is strictly forbidden. Fonts must be used for quotes, sayings, expressions or similar.

Graphics must be incorporated with other elements as part of a larger flattened design.

Can I convert a purchased font into an embroidery design and sell it?

This is allowed so long as you only convert quotes, words or sayings. Conversion of the entire alphabet is strictly forbidden.

Do I have to credit you or the product designer in my work?

As a small business we always appreciate word of mouth, but neither of the above are required.

Can I use products purchased for items I sell on Print on Demand sites?

Yes this allowed, providing the use of those items is compliant with our license terms.

Do you offer extended licenses?

This isn’t something we currently offer I am afraid. Though we do hope to in the future. For now any extended licenses can be purchased from the designers regular store. You can find this by clicking on the designer’s name under the product image.

If an item is purchased by a company. Can others working for this company also use it?

If the product is purchased under the name of a commercial entity, business, company or corporation. Any employee of that entity is permitted to use the purchased item/s for projects relating to that entity. If the product is purchased under the name of an individual, only that individual may use the items purchased.

What is the License Certificate?

The license certificate includes your unique purchase ID, which can be used (if required) to verify your purchase and ownership of the product license. Feel free to download and store this file should you wish to, however this is not required. Like your product downloads this file will remain active within your download area for life.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal and most major debit or credit cards.

How do I get an invoice for my purchases?

1. Login to your account

2. Click on your name found in the top right hand corner of the site

3. Click the Invoices option

4. Click “View Invoice” next to the appropriate order

How do I edit my invoice details?

1. Login to your account

2. Click on your name found in the top right hand corner.

3. Click Settings

4. Insert your business name and/or address

5. Click “Save Changes”

Do I need to pay VAT?

As a registered UK business, we are required by law to charge VAT to all UK customers and any EU based customers who cannot provide a registered VAT number. Buyers outside of the UK and EU are exempt from any VAT charges.

 

What percentage commission do you pay per sale?

We pay 20% of every sale generated via your affiliate referral ID

How long will I earn a commission for, from any referred customers?

You will earn a commission from every purchase a referred customer makes within 30 days of their initial click through.

How often will I get paid my earnings?

You will be paid automatically once a week

Is there a minimum payment threshold?

There is no minimum earnings required for payout.

How do I sign up as an affiliate?

You can apply to become by completing our application form found on this page
