We appreciate how complicated digital licenses can be to fully understand, so at ThisWeeksDesigns.com all our products come with a single commercial license, which is both extensive and simple to understand. Each license is valid for one user only.
What is Allowed?
✓ Unlimited personal and commercial use for both physical and digital products.
✓ You are allowed to create products that are subsequently sold commercially.
✓ For yourself, a company/commercial entity or a third party client.
✓ You are allowed to use the purchased product on an unlimited number of projects or products.
✓ You are allowed to use the purchased product to create logos or branding materials, either physically or digitally.
What is NOT Allowed?
x You are not allowed to distribute, share, sell or giveaway any product downloaded from our site with others, even for free.
x You are not allowed to include the downloaded files in the sale of a digital product. For example, a font or graphic in a pack of logo templates you have created.
x You are not allowed to copy and paste graphic or craft goods (as is) for sale either physically, digitally or via print on demand sites. Products purchased should be used to compliment a larger design, rather than sold without modification or addition.
x You are not allowed to list any product purchased from our site anywhere else on the web, making it available for others to download.
x You are not allowed to install or embed fonts, graphics or photos on any web, mobile or tablet application or software, even where the end customer may not have access to it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are the most popular questions we get asked, related to licensing of our products
1. Can I convert a purchased font into a vector file and sell it?
This is allowed so long as you only convert quotes, words or sayings as a flattened vector or JPEG/PNG graphic. Conversion of the entire alphabet is strictly forbidden.
2. Can I convert a purchased font into an embroidery design and sell it?
This is allowed so long as you only convert quotes, words or sayings. Conversion of the entire alphabet is strictly forbidden.
3. Do I have to credit you or the product designer in my work?
As a small business we always appreciate word of mouth, but neither of the above are required.
4. Can I use products purchased for items I sell on Print on Demand sites?
Yes this allowed, so long as any graphics or craft products purchased are used only to compliment a larger design, rather than sold as is.
5. Do you offer extended licenses?
This isn't something we currently offer I am afraid. Though we do hope to in the future. For now any extended licenses can be purchased from the designers regular store. You can find this by clicking on the designer's name under the product image.
6. If an item is purchased by a company. Can others working for this company also use it?
If the product is purchased under the name of a commercial entity, business, company or corporation. Any employee of that entity is permitted to use the purchased item/s for projects relating to that entity.
If the product is purchased under the name of an individual, only that individual may use the items purchased.
